Quick, professional, and super helpful! Jose and Christian did an amazing job! Jose fixed my garbage disposal and also checked my oven right away when I mentioned it wasn’t working. The next day, both he and Christian showed up promptly and got everything done within 20 minutes. They were polite, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Touring apartments usually feels like speed dating with buildings. Like you just honestly never know what you’re walking into. But touring Avalon Apartments was actually fun thanks to Ashley! She greeted me with genuine energy, knew everything about the community, and somehow made apartment hunting feel easy instead of stressful. Jose is excellent in fixing and taking care of any of the building problems his work and attitude are exceptional. Always with a smile and positive attitude, a very professional member of the Avalon Team.
This has been a great place to live for the past 4 years. The front office puts on a variety of events for residents, their pets and the community. Maintenance is always quick and does a good job when we are needing something repaired. Shout out Jose and the team!
