I love Avalon Camarillo so much. I recently had a situation where my washer flooded my kitchen and so I called the emergency line. Rene who is a Tech III and other workers took immediate action. They drained the water in the kitchen, they put in new carpet, they put in a new washer and dryer, they cleaned everything and gave me some bounce sheets for drying my clothes. Love this place! It such a relieve to be in a place that takes pride and great care of the grounds and facilities. Easy website where I can pay my rent and submit service requests and the turnaround on a service request is the same day! So fantastic... Thank you Avalon!
the best place to live in camarillo
Toured the community and felt right at home. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Looking for a larger apartment with tons of extras. This place has it all and the gym and pool are well maintained. Too soon to move but wanted to make sure we had options when it is time to make a change. Thank you for taking great care of our needs and your follow up exceeded our expectations.
