I recently moved into the Avalon with my two kids and I am so happy with the assistance I have received so far from maintenance, especially Michel. He's been prompt and so helpful with getting me and my kids settled in our new home. I am looking forward to many more months here and appreciate all the assistance from Michel to this point!

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Everyone is so nice and helpful until you sign the lease. Then you’re a number and they don’t care. It’s infested with rats and cockroaches. Garbage and dog poop everywhere. Dogs pee in hallway and elevators. If you complain the manager Jonathon and Anjanette make your life a living hell. Move on. There’s too many other MUCH LESS expensive places that you get much much more for.
