Avalon Boonton’s Maintenance Technician Michel Pelleray was such a great help to me when my AC had a leak! He repaired it the same day I reported the issue, saving me from enduring the summer heat. He came to my apartment within 20 minutes of submitting the maintenance request. My AC had a blockage in the pipe, leading to water leaking through the floor to my carpet.
