Danilo did a superb maintenance job
The maintenance staff is truly outstanding. They are skilled, prompt, professional, courteous, and tidy. I have lived in the Avalon Boonton for a little over 2 years and just signed a lease for another 2 years. My daughters and I feel very much at home here. It's a wonderful community.
I moved in about a week ago and it has been nothing short of amazing. Starting at the front desk. David toured me around and was very knowledgeable and friendly! He’s the best. The move in process was super easy. Management was quick to respond to emails and calls to make sure all paperwork was submitted in a timely manner. Everyone is super sweet to my service dog as well…she loves it here too!
