Don’t waste your time or money. For a “luxury complex” the only luxury is the maintenance staff being on their game & helping at any time of any day. Asides from that, if you want a complex with garbage overflowing the garbage rooms & storage area, animal feces in the hallways/stairs/areas they aren’t supposed to be, a pool that’s hit or miss on being open in season, grills/elevators/garage doors that are not functional at any given time … then this is your spot! I'm really happy here. The office and maintence staff are amazing. The building is well maintained.
We just moved in. Staff and neighbors have been so friendly. Maintenance is fast to respond. The place is absolutely beautiful and plenty of dog friendly areas. Shout out to David for giving us our tour of the place.
