This place is awesome, the activities and community here, it real is a 5 star home.
Needed dryer fixed and Michele quickly answered the service request. There was multiple issues which he addressed and even followed up on the next day. Fantastic maintenance staff at Avalon Boonton
I’ve been living at Avalon Boonton for a few months, and it's been a great experience. The staff is great, and Ryan was extremely helpful with the whole process. The Avalon is great. I’m happy with my new place!
