RecommendedI just moved in here with my husband and we love it so far! Everyone is so friendly, the location couldn't be more perfect, and our apartment is great. Really happy to have moved here from Brooklyn :)
My wife and I really enjoy living at Avalon. Everyone is always so friendly and the staff here are excellent. Just today, we had an issue with our air conditioning and Luis - one of our maintenance techs - came right over and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Luis has always been helpful since the day we moved in.
Lower the prices. The place had not become more attractive. Prices have been raised out of proportion..

From the move-in process to day-to-day living, Avalon Bloomfield Station provides a wonderful environment to call home! Christian and Octavia in the leasing office are extremely helpful, making sure all our questions are answers and any issues are met with solutions! We have a wonderful 2 bedroom and with a large patio - we love entertaining and hosting guests in this space! We also love the amenity space.
