The walls are paper thin and so poorly insulated that I could actually hear my neighbor snoring all night (as well as other noises including bathroom noise [yuch]). All companies have great marketing to get you in. However, companies show their true ethics and integrity when you leave. Upon my departure (after 3 years), they blamed me for damage that had been declared to them at the time I moved in. They also deducted a $160 cleaning fee from my security deposit even though I scrubbed that apartment down to the baseboards and window blinds.
