I recently moved into this apartment community, and while my move-in process had a few unexpected issues, the leasing and maintenance teams were willing to work with me to find a solution. They listened to my concerns, replaced the carpet, and helped me move back to the unit that suited me better. I really appreciate their patience and efforts to resolve everything. The community is in a great location, and I’m looking forward to enjoying my new home here. Thank you!
I moved out in May 2026 and still haven't received my security deposit. I've emailed multiple times and cannot reach the leasing office by phone. I would appreciate someone contacting me regarding my deposit.
Update: Pros. the new company that came in is starting to fix things. Plants are being maintained now in some areas of the property and they are cleaning some of the common areas up. Cons. Gym equipment is still old and worn. Streetlights around the property are still out of order which is a safety concern. Broken sidewalks. This place has gone severely downhill. About 2 years ago new management came in and basically has turned this place into a haven for drug addicts and dealers. Hallways smell like pot. People smoke outside in there cars and the fumes come through open windows. i've had a constant headache for months now. The walls and floors are paper thin, loud music being played day and night. Very disappointed with my experience. I moved out in November last year and have been waiting over six months to get my security deposit back. They finally mailed me a $1,600 refund check after nearly five months, but by the time I tried to deposit it, they had already stopped the payment. I've called and emailed multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one has responded. It's extremely frustrating to be ignored after waiting this long.
