I want to mention that the Maintenance Guy, Alex is fantastic. I got an issue on my stove and my hot water after PSEG changed my meter. Alex is more willing to come after the normal hours even it might not consider as emergency. But he called me back within 15 mins and came to my apartment to fix it. His works are fantastic. He is a great guy.
Sa-fee was able to fix my refrigerator and lighting fixture in no time. He was professional and also knowledgeable about any issues that came up with the unit. Super impressed on the maintenance team here!
We were worried about the new office staff, however the new office staff is absolutely fantastic. They are considerate, kind, hard working and respectful people. Zef and his maintenance crew are the best hands down, he is elite and a godsend. The property is beautiful, very well maintained and full of life.
Ana, one of the leasing staff is very kind, always professional. She greets you with a warm smile and a sincere willingness to assist you. Ana’s positive attitude is truly an asset to The Grove Somerset team. She is the BEST!
