Shaniece was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my apartment tour. She did a great job explaining and laying out my options with dates/costs included. Strongly considering The Grove.

Thanks to Ana Nieves, my experience was very pleasant. Ana is a true professional, with attention to details. Very organized and take the time to make sure all your needs are met in a timely fashion. Her customer service is exceptional and above standard. The team at the grove Somerset is exceptional, truly dedicated to high level of care and service.
Smoke alarm were replaced 3 times. Even Chirped at the midnight. Even now, my kid scared it a lot. Today, fire alarm rang three times. One at 1 am. I know people are super kind. But all appliances and systems are annoying old and unreliable.
