I had a great experience moving into the community so far. Shaniece was very helpful in answering my questions, keeping me up to date with the logistics, and helping me get acquainted to the apartment. The apartment is very spacious and clean when I moved in. Also the maintenance was prompt with initial emergency fixes that needed to be made when I moved in.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with The Grove-Somerset was nothing short of infuriating and deeply disappointing. Our first visit we met the - oh so lovely Shaniece and that really foreshadowed all the events to come. As she showed us a few apartments every question we asked was met with one-word answers, attitude, and "look at the brochure." After that, it was the quietest and most awkward tour I've been on.
