I moved in about two months ago and have had multiple service requests, however Jonathan Vargas has always kept me updated on when he will be able to make it to my apartment, I appreciate the communication. He's able to complete my requests in a timely manner. I had a specific one that I wasn't sure was an emergency, I requested service and let him know in the comments that I would appreciate if he could come soon because of the particular request, and thankfully he did.
