We had our lease renewed recently and were denied carpet cleaning request. Most of the apartments and even eaves used to offer this complimentary service. Even after paying a hefty rental amount being denied for such requests is pathetic. The administration office is not at all responsive. There is almost no security of mailboxes and there have been multiple cases of mail theft. Had my credit card being stolen and still the community has not replaced, not made the mail room secure.
