RecommendedIt is a very clean and cozy residential area. I recommend it with eyes closed, anyone who moves in this residential will have a very good experience.
I took a virtual tour today with William and he was great in making the best out of the situation of not being able to go on site to see the community during Covid. Even though I’m very early on in my apartment search, I still was able to learn a lot about what it would be like to live here when it comes time for me to move out of my current home.
Really nice, comfortable place to live. The maintenance team as well as the folks in the office are top-notch. They are always responsive and do a great job.
Avalon has some of the most reliable maintenance staff, Luis and Carlos, have helped us fix our A/C in our apartment, we couldn't get the temp to drop past 78, but now its a cold and perfect :)

horrible. they accuse residents of smoking and have someone from the office stand outside the building across yours then watch you. i broke my lease just to get out of there. msintence team was fantastic but when residents starting complementing them they were trfd to a new location. they act friendly but arent
My move in experience has been horrible. My apartment was not cleaned or repaired properly after the previous tenant vacated prior to my move in. The long list of needed repairs that should have been completed prior to my move in has not been addressed in a timely manner. For the higher rent for a "luxury" building I'm sure you could find better service elsewhere.
The staff is very nice, but they really have a noise problem. I hear the up upstairs neighbors dog barking so clearly I can barely talk on the phone. We hear when their baby wakes up in the middle of the night and cry’s. The noise is truly awful. No peace and quiet here.
