Honestly it’s pretty insane you would have the pools closed for a month with no notice posted on when you will have them “fixed” again. Right during the point at which people want to begin using them. Bite the bullet and fix it, what are you penny pinching? You make astronomical amount of money monthly from all the units here. 3 weeks ago I left a review about not having heat or hot water. I do still have no heat or hot water as of dec11th 2024 3 times a plummer has been here they have tried a few different things including replacing the water heater 2 days ago. Unfortunately a problem accessing turning on hot water has stopped Checking to see if hot water is fixed I have reached out to office and Alina and April have done everything they can to help I'm hoping I'll have this issues fixed soon I has been very difficult without heat or hot water I'... read more
