Having issues with stove and washing machine , was told stove would be replaced and its been a month and issue has not been resolved on both washer and stove.

I love living here. Its quiet, there’s bunnies, squirrels, unique birds and lizards. Avalon takes care of the environment we are in by replacing trees, cutting bushes into shapes and keeping the apartments clean and secure. I’m also very grateful of the management team and their good customer service. Such nice people and nice maintenance people too. Ever since they got rid of Cushman Wakefield and replaced them with Sares Regis, the complex has gone astronomically downhill. The maintenance takes days to get taken care of, the pool is always shut down in the beginning of swim season for no reason. There’s trash throughout the complex. I won’t be staying here longer than my lease. It’s really disappointing. They really should’ve kept Cushman Wakefield.
