Very professional staff, community is well kept, very clean and quiet, highly recommend.
I would also not recommend the Aven. They never pick up the trash as you can see in the photo which was taken 10/19/25. Flies and mice everywhere. The Kendrick in Needham is less expensive and way nicer and cleaner. Going to check it out and move out of here!
Community has greatly improved from the time it first transitioned from Avalon to Aven. Maintenance and Trash pickup delay issues seems to be taken care of. Upgraded gym, Door entry systems, Roof work etc show continuous improvements and upgrading done to property.
Vendors have no respect for this property management company. They do as they please. The Aven’s administrative & operations offices need to set boundaries fast.
