My family has lived in this community since 2008. We’ve seen it go through ups and downs with both management. It was never perfect under Avalon, but overall our experience has been positive. The Aven office staff and concierge are helpful. If you have concerns, bring them to management.
Good to say the good days of the Avalon is gone. Immediately after ownership transfer this place quality went down hill completely. From new rodent problems to disrespectful staff and new-to-town neighbors that don’t understand they are new here. Half of the previous amenities are gone or replaced by something no one in the community uses. Nothing around the building will work as intended and staff will make up rules not on your lease agreement just to make your stay here even more difficult.
