If I could write this review giving the apartment complex and leasing agents team I met in person, (July 2014) no stars..... I would. I went to visit this complex after speaking to an amazing customer service representative at their central leasing office. I made my personal needs very clear to the central leasing office. I was discussing our needs because I have a special needs son who uses a wheelchair. She verified that there were some first floor apartments available since there are no elevators in these complexes. I mad... read more

I'm really surprised to read some of the reviews I have seen here. My husband and I have lived here for almost a year. We are in a studio apartment that doesn't get a TON of light, but we love it. Every time someone comes over or stays with us from out of town, they are always impressed by our place. It's probably a bit pricey, but you are in Burbank. Not K-town or North Hollywood. You want cheaper, then go get cheaper. The pool in our building is always pristine. They spray down the entire courtyard weekly. There are kids i... read more
This place is TERRIBLE. It's noisy and the staff are not helpful when it comes to enforcing smoking or noise rules. My car was broken into within the first 3 DAYS of moving in and yes, it was parked in the "secure" gated parking area. They seem to need regular access to your apartment every 3 months for whatever reason and if your building is being "renovated", expect more noise and limited access to your apartment or parking space from 8am to 5pm on certain days.
