Cesar is the best! Anytime we need him he always comes the time he promised and fixes everything so quickly. Sometimes I have to wonder how he works so fast. He even knows my children's names!
This review goes to Cesar of AVA maintenance team. Cesar knows his stuff. Friendly, quick and professional. Shout out to Rafael new to the team. Also Leo who is a real pet friendly guy.
A+ Fairly responsive Avalon employees and maintenance staff. B+ Fitness room is adequate . C Consierge not 24/7. Generally, 10 - 5pm. B- Overall building condition, dated, but satisfactory. C- Elevators are in very worn condition, and slow access. A Location to Stamford amenities. 8 min drive to train. C Rooms are typical 'Hotel-feel'. Laminate flooring - 'cold'. Elevator with padding has been like this for a couple MONTHS.
