I would strongly caution anyone against building with TM. We have had nothing but issues after issues with the build quality. It is a nightmare consistent headache. It is a horrible company. I would NEVER build with them again or recommend it to ANYONE.
We built a house with Taylor Morrison in Avalon and have been unimpressed with the quality of the work and materials used for the price we paid. There has been a recurrent issue with windows losing their seal and leaking. I personally would not build with TM again.
