I came to the review section knowing that I wasn’t the only one with the same experience… Just like Fred, I am a realtor and I was horribly greeted by Pansy. Caught me by surprise since my team and I have done plenty of business with TM and we have had always great experiences. There was another person that walked in at the same time and she wasn’t welcoming with that person either. You are on a 90’ product, you expect 90’ customer service…
