I have had only great experiences dealing with this builder in the Avalon community. From reception from Pansy in the sales office, through all phases of purchase and beyond. The construction manager Clayton Malcom is amazingly resourceful and responsive, all facets of their operation have been joyful experiences. I am surprised there are still a couple homes available in the neighborhood.
Realtor here, please have upper management contact me. Pansy is just a shady rep, and registering people without consent. Also deceitful practices and pressure methods, especially when the client already notified you we have an agent.

We were one of the first homes in the neighborhood when we built and it was a very slow process due to problems with getting supplies. Overall, we love our home. It’s beautiful. We have an amazing view over the 36 acre lake out back. You just can’t beat the view. As with any build, there were certainly things that needed to be addressed, and they were addressed.
