Drove 3 hrs after sending a message that I was ready to lease an apartment and received a ‘looking forward to seeing you and helping you find a home’. Upon arrival, I was told they had no spots available …typical Carlsbad service. 7-11-25 to top it off, I have received 2 system generated emails that I did not sign up for informing me that they are still there to help me find a place! What a bunch of Carlsbads

Luis in maintenance was absolutely amazing! He helped us instantly and gave us relief with HVAC immediately. This place has great emergency help and Luis is fantastic. Super friendly and kind.
