I moved in August 15th and it has been fantastic. Eliza and the entire team in the leasing office have been incredibly helpful whenever i have needed anything. It is a great place to live and i highly recommend it.
I had a wonderful experience with the maintenance workers at Avalon so far. Maliek came promptly to fix a constantly running shower issue I had. I appreciated the fast response. He was great! Thank You again

We moved in Aug 24 this year and found that everything about the move in went smoothly. Olivia has been our primary contact at Avalon and she has been very helpful with getting us settled and providing the information we needed. She and Marcelle have both been very cheery and positive whenever we have needed some help. I love that large packages which don't fit in the Amazon hub are safeguarded by them.
