Isaiah was an excellent leasing consultant throughout my experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. His communication and customer service really stood out. Jampayo did an excellent job replacing the light in my kitchen. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I really appreciate the quality of his work and would gladly recommend him to others.
On the pre-move inspection, we were quoted for "carpet spot removal, if needed" - $90. After we moved out though, they ended up replacing the whole carpet and charged us over $700 for it. Customer care wasn't very helpful. I had to reach out multiple times just to get a receipt and explanation as to why the carpet was replaced. They just kept telling me "that's what you agreed to when you signed the lease". Our mistake was not taking pictures of every single thing at move in and move out.
