I can not say enough about this place!! It sells its self as a community once you visit. I have to give a shout out to Lexus who was gracious enough to spend an hour walking around the community and showing me around. I really needed help locking in and she definitely clinched it for me. Their tours are self guided tours which are nice but sometimes you have people like myself that look like a deer in headlights when you say your leaving me alone to make a decision…lol Thank you Lexus Avalon is lucky to have you. My boyfriend and I met with Isaiah to look at some floor plans today (7/12/25 from 12pm until about 1pm). He was amazing and so knowledgeable! He answered all of our questions without hesitation! We even witnessed him with a disgruntled resident and he handled himself PERFECTLY!
I recently moved here the worst point about this property is no internet service such a bad connection here their WiFi doesn’t work it’s not even secure wifi whenever i connected it says unsecured service and works slow in their wifi lounge I had to switched from t mobile to Xfinity but still I can’t get access good internet it always shows LTE one bar in short im facing so much difficulty in this matter I had a great experience with Isaiah he is so helpful and cooperative he gave me great customer service I liked that commu... read more
I just moved into my apartment at Avalon Arundel Crossing East for about a week now..moving to Avalon was the best decision I have ever made with the help of Isaiah. Everything starting from the touring of the appartment to the application process he made it easy and smooth. Isaiah is just the best. He was very wellcoming, very detailed in all I need to know about the community and anserwed all my questions with clearity.
