I recently moved into Avalon Arundel Crossing, and my experience has been great so far. The move-in process was smooth, the staff was helpful and welcoming, and the community feels clean, quiet, safe, and secure. That made me feel comfortable right away. I’m happy with my decision to live here and would definitely recommend it.
If you think paying $2400 for a 1 bed and garage parking is a good idea go here. I only lived here because my work was nearby. They also have very thin walls and will renovate flooring of units above and around you without any heads up. I’ve had to tell the front office multiple times to not do renovations at 7am but they don’t listen. I loved the manager that worked there a year ago but this new manager has a bad attitude.
Beautiful apartments and a truly welcoming team! The staff made my moving transition smooth and stress-free, and my apartment was spotless upon move in. A special thank you to Isiah, Taylor, Sharon, and Chelsea for being so helpful, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions. I really appreciate the time and care you all put in!
