Horrid business practices. Living here was great but when you move out, they will take your entire deposit and slap you with a lot of fees. Their customer service cannot explain them clearly either or provide proof.

OMG, let me tell you about Molly, the manager at my apartment complex! She's seriously the best. She's always super kind and understanding, and she genuinely loves helping people. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, she's there for me in a heartbeat. Living here is such a breeze because of her! If you're looking for an apartment with an amazing manager, Molly is the one to go for!
I cannot wait to move out of here. Walls are super thin and when you have the most inconsiderate neighbor you’ll be miserable. Hate my loud neighbor and the office for letting this happen even if I send in noise complaints (while also having recordings for my neighbor being unreasonably loud).
I loved living at Avalon! From the minute I was greeted at the leasing office by Jocelyne, I knew it was the place for me. The community is incredible, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Jocelyne specifically was always available and extremely knowledgeable. She always went the extra mile to ensure that my issues were addressed and in a timely manner. Highly recommend this amazing community!
