DO NOT RENT FROM MORGAN PROPERTIES. Morgan Properties only cares about the money. I had to move out of a different apartment due to roaches, and they do not care that we had throw almost everything away, find a new place to live, or the health concern. I found a roach on my child’s face in the middle of the night, gave my 30 day notice, didn’t make any noise or fight while leaving, and they still want to charge me over $3000 for ending my lease early. The apartment is old but well kept. Residence are mostly senior women, there are many activities. The on site manager and maintenance is great. The back office personal are brutal ( they were probably trained by AlQuida). Read contract very closely because they will threw it in your face and try to change the rules as they please unless you know the contract. I'm leaving because of the back room, no flexibility in the leasing at all.
