We’ve had a great experience with this community during our several years living at Avalon Arlington North . The property is well-maintained, and the management team is very responsive and professional. For example, we had a complicated issue with our utilities billing (an issue that was not AAN’s fault), and Celia and her team went above and beyond to help us resolve it. Best maintenance crew around! So friendly, helpful, and prompt!
I really enjoy living at Avalon. There are many amenities for residents, including a pet spa, great playgrounds, and pleasant common areas. I'd like to especially thank Ben—he's always very helpful, responds quickly, and tries to resolve any issues. The girls in the office are also very friendly and attentive. I also thank the cleaning team—the building is always clean and tidy. It's clear they care about their residents and maintain a high level of service.
Abderrahim Simmou’s work is the best. He is always kind and willing to help fix things around the house. His help is truly appreciated.
