Nice location and maintenence service. Good floor plans for apartments. There are few things not good : Noise level hight. Washer and dryer are old model, not good. Warm water for shower finish fast, not more then 3 people in a row. Rent prices goes very hight year after year.
We’ve had a great experience with this community during our several years living at Avalon Arlington North . The property is well-maintained, and the management team is very responsive and professional. For example, we had a complicated issue with our utilities billing (an issue that was not AAN’s fault), and Celia and her team went above and beyond to help us resolve it.
