Please proceed with extreme caution before signing a lease here! I've lived at various Avalon properties and this by far is the worst. A lesson on how to turn happy residents into unhappy customers. Avalon lost a long time customer because of this property and how it is managed. The only redeeming thing about AAN is the maintenance staff. Terrific maintenance team. My wife and I put in a service request for a clogged toilet at 9:20am. By 10am problem solved. Avalon North crew is the best.
Moving out was an exceptionally painful experience - they billed me for a prorated move out date that was a week later than when I actually moved out (and had more than satisfied the 30 days notice) and then when I contested it with plenty of documentation they said if I didn't pay the extremely inflated amount they'd take it to collections. STAY FAR AWAY
