Corey and Leanne are great, they work hard to respond to inquiries and resolve any issues. Area is seeing more unhomed people and it would be nice if owners would consider security on site.
The only good thing may be the rent being competitve in the downtown area and utiilties covered by the landlord. However, given the benefits of those, you get slow reponse and process on everything; Obsolete central ventalization, noisy and smelly, especeially during busy cooking period. No AC in this building, It's best to bring your portable AC unit, also no range hood over the stove. There were drain flies during summer time too. You just have to balance your budget and location needs vs some facts of this building.
Phoned and confirmed to book a viewing TWO TIMES and they didn't show both times. Also was not able to contact them when I was there to view an apartment. Absolutely no professionalism or customer service. Thanks for wasting my time!
The viewing and move in was smooth. John and Leanne were great with the viewing and processed my application quickly. The unit is spacious, newly renovated and at a convenient location. The nightmare began upon moving in. The tenants above me started harrassing me from the very day I moved in. This started with excessive noise until 4 am every night.
