Lived here for 3 years and had roaches the entire time. No level of cleaning stopped them. Only person to ever respond was the maintenance man who was extremely helpful. Never once heard from a rep after moving in. Disgusting. WARNING TO ALL NEW RENTERS. WHEN I MOVED OUT THE TRIED TO ILLEGALLY CHARGE ME A VERY LARGE SUM OF MONEY. ONCE AGAIN ILLEGAL. Honestly, I’ve lived here for going on two years and besides the rent increasing despite nothing changing because “everyone else is increasing prices” and not having closet doors despite asking over and over, it’s not that bad. If you are in the market for an apartment for either yourself or your college going children, avoid this apartment complex like the plague. I have been in this complex for little over three months, and was lied to about square footage of apartment, and the open availability of off street parking. I have experienced an attempted robbery of my vehicle which resulted in a $500 driver side door handle replacement, as well as having two locked $1,000 bikes stolen right out in front of the building.
