If you are in the market for an apartment for either yourself or your college going children, avoid this apartment complex like the plague. I have been in this complex for little over three months, and was lied to about square footage of apartment, and the open availability of off street parking. I have experienced an attempted robbery of my vehicle which resulted in a $500 driver side door handle replacement, as well as having two locked $1,000 bikes stolen right out in front of the building. This apartment seems great for the price but it is NOT worth the hassle. My apartment looks NOTHING like the photos: no ceiling fan, old scratched up brown doors, no WiFi included despite the numerous mentions across platforms. In order to get anything done you have to spam the maintenance/leasing team. The owner is so tricky he makes it impossible for anything to be fixed. It is NOT worth the hassle- trust me.
My boyfriend moved in a Four Star Realty property of July 2019. Paid rent and utilities all on time. When he moved in no A/C, closet doors broken, and fridge cooling system broke 4 months in because it was very old/outdated. Maintenance replied and fixed these major items in a timely manner. Major problems during move out. He was scheduled to move out mid-july of 2020. Understandable that this was during Covid-19 so different protocols in place.
