Honestly, I’ve lived here for going on two years and besides the rent increasing despite nothing changing because “everyone else is increasing prices” and not having closet doors despite asking over and over, it’s not that bad. If you are in the market for an apartment for either yourself or your college going children, avoid this apartment complex like the plague. I have been in this complex for little over three months, and was lied to about square footage of apartment, and the open availability of off street parking. I have experienced an attempted robbery of my vehicle which resulted in a $500 driver side door handle replacement, as well as having two locked $1,000 bikes stolen right out in front of the building. This apartment seems great for the price but it is NOT worth the hassle. My apartment looks NOTHING like the photos: no ceiling fan, old scratched up brown doors, no WiFi included despite the numerous mentions across platforms. In order to get anything done you have to spam the maintenance/leasing team. The owner is so tricky he makes it impossible for anything to be fixed. It is NOT worth the hassle- trust me.
