I've been here for less than 6 months and I love it. I left my old place because they kept going up on the rent and things were falling apart at the same time. Since I've been here, I've had no issues. Great staff and quiet comfortable place to stay. If you're looking, give Sharice a call.
I have lived out here for 2 1/2 years the community itself is nice the apartments inside is nice anytime you need something fixed they come right away our leasing office lady mrs. Sherice is very nice i recommend here if you looking for something quiet this is the place
We lived there when we moved from South Dakota, and I have to say that it was one of the best apartments we had lived in. The management/staff was very friendly and efficient, and I'll make sure to rent from them again if we move back to Augusta! :)
