Don't rent here Feral cats. Raccoons. Rats. Mice. Bugs. That's just the start of the Avalon Tyson's Corner experience. All of the emergency exit lights were broken July 2022 and as of Sept 2024, about half of them have been fixed. Just imagine if it takes them over 2 years to fix an emergency exit light, how long it will take them to fix your broken stove or leaking pipes (hint: months). Verified Renter Best staff!!! Maintenance great! Nice pool and gym is super. What else is there to say this is the best apartment complex in Wilton Ct and perhaps in Fairfield county.

Beware!! Read before leasing! I regret to share my deeply concerning experience with Avalon Encino. Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare due to the blatant disregard for resident safety and well-being by the management and corporate office. First and foremost, the building's security is virtually non-existent. There have been multiple break-ins and incidents of vandalism, yet the management has done nothing to improve the situation. Verified Renter Its been great overall, good amenities, maintenance department is the best, the only tough thing sometimes are some people who live here are rude and the parking situation sometimes is bad ( hard to find )

Remember to stand up for your rights when needed and love your neighbors I just got off the phone. I was confirming with the prior resident department on our final bill charge. The statement we received billed us $1050.51, with no breakdowns. I requested a detailed charge break down and was told that these charges are "standard". There is Standard Apartment cleaning, of 488.84 dollars. There is carpet replacement of 486.67 dollars, which according to them, is also standard because we had pets. At best, unethical business practices here The building management lies and withholds information from residents. Last year, the elevators were out of of order for nearly 12 months and the building refused to explain what was happening or when it would be resolved. Extremely bad building management We have been living at the Avalon for the last 1.5 years and it has been the worst experience we have so far in any building we have lived so far. The only thing good about this building is the concierge staff - they are amazing!!! First, almost all the appliances in the unit are very very old and of extremely poor quality. They break down often and its like banging your head against a wall making the building fix these. Second, the building's elevator breaks down often and for long periods.... read more
