Don't believe the naysayers I haven't lived here too long but I can say Eunice is VERY fair and professional! She does have standards that she lives by but that's for our little community! The homes are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! You do not have space for guest parking THATS TRUE but there are other options ! Have your guests park by the park near by and bring them over and drop them off ! Great place to live! I've lived here for many years and enjoy the quiet, well kept, homey relaxed environment. If you are someone who has common sense, courteous, and respectful of your neighbors then you will love it here! However, if you are loud, noisy, obnoxious, rude and disrespectful to your neighbors then I hope you look elsewhere.
