On my move-in day, one of their associates chatted with me and my roommate. She made a "joke" about one of her residents who requested to re-assign her parking space since it was too far from her unit. The associate goes "that FXXXING BXXCH is lucky to have a parking space". I have personally made a complaint to both the manager, and Sr. Manger of the Community about her misconduct representing Avalon Irvine. very nice place to live good maintenance excelent management and very clean
Is not only a lie, a but a fraud. DO NOT move here if you care about your money! they offer this great "apartment complex" with everything any one could dream and need, but you'll pay more than what you get..... a non heated pool, a gym that always has broken equipment, a laundry room that has washers and dryers out of service very week, pet feces all over the complex, management that is rude and never willing to help, but if you are a person who likes to over pay and handle claims yourself, then this is the place for you!
We really don't know where to start. Let's see, We can start with the 2 Rims and Tires stolen off our 04 BMW(Value of $2500) yesterday. They were stolen in the middle of the day, by the way this is a gated community with so called Security. What a Joke! That's not all, when we called the front desk they said security wouldn't be in until 9 pm which we think is a bunch of BS! and of course when 9 rolled around we never received a call. On jan 16 th at aproximately 10 am , Sprinkler system above our second floor 3 bedroom apartment burst. Three floors in a row were flooded and totaled. Ceilings were taken down , walls and floors. The sprinkler PIPE that burst was not properly insulated or heated, causing it to burst sending a waterfall from the third floor down to the garage.
