I moved here a few months ago. Best decision we could ever make. We have lived in other avalon communities. I cannot begin to tell how wonderful the staff as been to us. The managers (office and maintenance) are so helpful. I have only good things to say. They really treat you better than family. God Bless them all.

I have live at Avalon Burbank for almost a year and about to resign my lease for another 2 years because they are simply amazing and easy to work with. Jason who works who handles the community relations is simply awesome every I have a issue such as my ac not working due to a clog filter he assured that I was taking care off within 24hrs. We stayed hear for 7 months and overall had a good experience. There seemed to be a lot of families staying here which can make the pool and courtyards a bit noisy. The place looks nice on the exterior but the amenities inside are a little dated.

This was the Worst. Another Tenant screamed at me and my teen daughter. My mailbox was constantly broken into. It took 15 requests to do any repair. Office staff was never there.

I lived in this horrible community for a year and life turned pathetic . The worst community in town , The leasing managers has no respect towards residents, the community atmosphere sucks, you have all the rules and regulations all around, constant frisking and rude behavior by Avalon community , they are in need of your money and try to impose bed bug treatment bills and make constant bed bug inspections utill they find trace. First off wow. The property manager? worker? Beverly "Bevmo" is on drugs or drunk at all times it seems like. Shes never at her management office. She only has to be there 3 days of the week for 4 hours and shes still not there. Contacting her is impossible and she thinks aliens are attacking. What a great start right? nice place but 1) no external security 2) dont fix your problems 3) kids size bathroom comods 4) rental increase of $150 each year.

My spouse had to have a tumor removed from his brain and a couple weeks later had to go back to the ICU due to complications - during this time the leasing office decided that our scooter was "dusty" and they TOWED IT. It was parked in the motorcycle parking with a permit on it and they knew what he was going though. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! First the apartment units itself wasn't that bad but it seemed old. The model unit is actually quite deceiving. They make it look like it's all updated and very nice but if you happen to get a chance to see the rest of the units it's a different story. Yes they do update and maintain the units but just to the minimum. Like everyone says the walls are paper thin.
