Our design gives you room to live, windows on most sides and fenced yards. Units have very large living rooms, and some even have fireplaces. Don't be fooled by the fancy exterior The Avalon apartments have an amazing outward appearance. Inside, they're ok - no better than any other apartment complex I've seen. The problem is management. They are so unreliable. I've been asking for certain things to be fixed since we moved in last year! Finally, only certain units get assigned parking - they'll tell you there is plenty, but don't plan of leaving the house after 8pm and coming home to a parking spot.
