They really need to know what exactly goes on in here,
We were parked at Zinc visiting friends when our car was towed do to the lack of parking. There is no place to park but in the red painted what they call fire zones. We were called to remove the review. But we will not unless they refund us $250 for the towing fee we among many other people parked in the wrong areas due to parking. I think the apartment gets money on the side to work with them. Don’t let them fool you with saying you have to pay CASH that is false by Arizona new law. RecommendedThis is a nice complex, when we first move in we loved it! It’s luxury and I love the big gym! The only thing that makes me hate living here is the parking, there is no space for all the apartments they made, I got my assigned parking spot but my boyfriend has a car too . Witch I believe it’s like this for a log of the residents specially if it’s a 2 or 3 bedrooms. My boyfriend have to park at the theater parking bcuz his car has been towed 2 in less than a month for parking at the handicap. What do they expect if there is n... read more

At this point the parking is ridiculous! I’ve offered to pay for a second covered parking and was told no. My boyfriend and I both have our own car. I’ve had to result to park on the fire lane. Crossing my fingers my car doesn’t get towed!
