Moved out 6 months ago to go to a different state but I want to say, this place has the best Maintance team and my new place makes me remember how good I had it. They truly are on top of things and are very kind people. I lived here for 2 years and having the right people in office and maintenance really matters! Office is also great, and I loved the fun events during summer. It made living there feel special.
I've had a great experience at Avalon Alderwood. the community is clean and well maintained. Christine Tanabe was very helpful and friendly during the whole process and made everything easy for me. Really appreciate her help!
A fire alarm was continuously going off in an apartment close to mine for many hours. I decided to give maintenance a call even though it seemed like a long shot. The guy I spoke to was super responsive and got to the unit across from ours in very little time. I was fully prepared to put up with the noise but I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks maintenance! Amazing customer service.
