Satisfying management and problem-solving responses are appropriate, the gym in the apartment is good to use, and the security is good. The working employees' sense of duty is also great. It's a great place to live after living for nearly 3 years. I highly recommend it

We are about to move in soon but the customer service team, application team, and billing team have no idea what's going on. They continue to give us different information and due dates on 1 thing. It's frustrating having to jump through so many people and departments to not even get to the right person. Our experience leading up to move-in has been very rough.
