The management here has gone to complete shit. My upstairs neighbors are constantly thumping, pounding and stomping and making all sorts of noises all day/night. I have complained to management several times and even called the police over it. Management has done nothing. In fact, they told me to deal with it. Just awful service. I’ve been a resident for over 3 years but I’m leaving once my lease is up over this.
2026 Update. Dropping from 5 to 2. While office and maintenance personnel are awesome, parent company is not worth dealing with. First we get a notice that they can increase base rent to 20%. After we get renewal notice with a 12%, we tried negotiating with data of the last 12 month but ultimately refused. Currently Living here, moved in on Feb 2025. Beautiful apartment, the office is pretty fresh with coffee and the people are welcoming little pricy but the place and the apartment worth every dollar
Apartments are great! Moved here from a duplex up north. Maintenance takes care of EVERYTHING. These giys are the best. Shout out to Mark on the maintenance team for helping us out recently with a tricky lighting issue. This place is great! The building is secure, with a grocery store right across the street and on a couple bus lines and down the street from a park and ride and the freeway entrances. Excellent place to live.
