The maintenance is really helpful! They assisted with getting back a jewelry from a washing machine. It was tough and took 2 hours but they persisted. We appreciate them very much!
Mark, Bruce, and Ned are the best maintenance team there very friendly, on time, and punctual have been here for a year and every time I submitted a request they got it done in a timely manner thank you guys
The maintenance team are really helpful shout out for Mark, Bruce, Ned. No matter whenever I have any issue with my apartment, I just need to submit a request on the app and they will respond right away then come to fix it for me as soon as possible. Moreover the community is safe and quiet and cleaning team keep the building clean. They have a security guy go around to check the area at night. It makes me feel really comfortable to live here.
I have rented from many places and the management at Avalon Alderwood, is by far the best. Michael McNeill is knowledgeable, professional, and has helped us navigate all our questions with ease.
Mark is a very good maintenance guy always responds quick and has the job done fast very professional and always very nice
