Great place to live and close to both highways.
I have been here almost 3 years and haven’t had any issues, but looking at the homeless at Fred meyers. The maintenance team is great and super fast. They are usually here next day. I do love this place and I think they take pretty decent care of this complex.
The maintenance crew is what makes this place work, shout out Mark, Bruce, & Glenn for being the undisputed goats of Avalon Alderwood. Whatever they’re currently being paid isn’t enough, a raise is definitely in order for the consistent quality service they provide. Something breaks? file a maintenance request on the resident app & 2 hours later it’s fully functional. I love these apartments and I love the people.
Mark was amazing! I put in a service request and he arrived within 20 minutes! The problem was fixed in just minutes!
