Robert came out to help us figure out a problem we are having but wasn’t able to go up in the attic himself to see what the problem might be with a upstairs exhaust fan/Air Conditioning vent, but promised to send his apprentice the following week to get pictures. That was two months ago. Told us again a couple of weeks later after my husband reached out to see why nobody had been back that he would send someone the next week, never did. Now won’t even return our phone calls. We are going with someone else.

Anytime we have an issue, no matter what time… like this evening… Avalon is always there. It’s not very often you find good, honest, hardworking g people and companies, but Robert and Avalon are certainly at the top of their game. I could not be happier and I highly recommend Avalon to anyone and everyone.
