Suppliers beware. Like another reviewer said, they refuse to pay a months old invoice . They led us on saying they would be ordering several hundred of a part and wanted a sample first. They agreed to pay for the sample, but never did, and they never came back for more. They just ignored our repeated request to pay their invoice.

I have been in the industry for 40 years and they don't respond to any emails and give all the indications they are out of business.

I have an early pair of Avalon Symbols. One accidently got knocked over one day which ended up breaking the China drivers and one of the feet. I called Avalon Customer Service and they said they should be able to supply me with a replacement driver but it would be from the newer version Symbol but would work and said I may need different grill covers too as the older style would not fit correctly with the updated drivers. Avalon`s complete lack of customer service cost me 11 months without music, a loss of app. 8000,- US $ and an enourmous waste of time and frustration. It`s impossible to call Avalon and they finally answered my e-mails 3 years after the mails were sent to them. When they finally responded (two years after I sold my Avalon Eidolon Diamond) they were rude and arrogant. This company makes good speakers, but they treat their customers like trash and deserve to go bankrupt.
