I never once could use the TVs in the rooftop/communal space. They were always broken or connected incorrectly. Same with the fireplaces and pits — all of these features are great for show but lacked any functionality or ease of use for tenants. The pool is not heated and we could never use it. Building has a few issues like the cramped parking lot, waste disposal area being backed up repeatedly and the laminate floors but Roger from the maintenance team is a gem, super fast service and beyond courteous when he comes up to fix the problem
I feel extremely frustrated, disappointed, and helpless due to the repeated plumbing issues in my apartment at Avalon 555 President. This is now the fourth time (yes, fourth!) that my kitchen sink has backed up because of a main pipe clog — with March 3rd, March 7th, and now March 9th being the latest occurrences. Every time, foul-smelling, dirty wastewater fills the sink and starts leaking. I had a great experience when I was at Avalon. The apartment was beautiful, location was great, and it was a smooth process to lease there working with Lance. I would highly recommend.
Lived here for almost 4 years and we had an amazing experience. The view is incredible, the staff is great and the building is well maintained.
