Thank you so much, Roger Membrerio! Amazing service! When I first move in, I coudn't set up my door key, but he came over and kindly helped me! Also my cooktop didn't wotk, he handled it so fast. Not only was the repair quick, but he was also incredibly kind throughout the whole process!
I moved here from overseas, and although there were many complicated procedures involved, everyone at the leasing office and concierge desk was very kind and helpful, which made me feel reassured throughout the moving process. After arriving, I found the apartment to be very comfortable, and I have been able to start my new life in Baltimore with peace of mind. Thank you very much to all the staff.
Surprise! A $10 trash fee increase without any notification to residents? I noticed our trash fee on our bill went from $13.50 to $23.50 a month for the last 2 months. I called Conservice about this and they said it was a directive from property management. I searched through my Avalon emails.
