It’s referred to as the ghetto! 45, 911 calls in 139 days!! They fired the grounds crew months ago, so it is so over grown and looks trashy!! If you complain about ANYTHING, you WILL be written up for something else within days! The only thing it has going for it is that it is cheap!! Just remember, you get what you pay for!
RecommendedEveryone has been so wonderful and welcoming since I moved in here. I’m excited to go through the winter with all the snowbirds.

Pre-arranged a spot got all set up had trouble getting in the office to pay for my spot then was told my unit was too big for that spot after we had already spoke about the size of my unit.
it was real sad to see scott and cindy leave. they stopped in front of our house to say goodbye to rick but couldn't say good bye to us typical Minnesota people
