I called and the receptionist was so rude, she makes you feel that Avallone really don't need your business. She never tried to work with me; she didn't show any concern about my situation at all. There are several other companies to choose from on this website. Thanks for sending me too the competition. Most retailer lose money and customer through phone attitudes, and the owner or manager never knows about it. I won't be telling anyone I know anything good about this company; the commercial is misleading.
Wonderful customer service from the technicians who came out to service my garage door. I didn’t get his name but he was the friendliest man! I rarely leave reviews unless I’m really impressed with the service received and he was just so nice I had to leave a review! The lady who answers the phone 4 out 5 but the technician 10 out of 5!!!
We purchased new garage doors from this company and from the first phone call to the finished product our experience with Avallone Doors could not have been better! Kim, in the office, was so kind and helpful! I went by several times to ask questions and compare styles; she even stayed late for me and made me feel very welcome. I had a really good experience with Avallone Door Co LLC. Kim was very helpful over the phone and was able to get a technician out the very next day, which I truly appreciated. They replaced both garage door springs and serviced both doors. The technician was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Pricing was fair and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend.
