We ordered a camera that was listed as in stock on the company’s website. After placing the order, we received a call saying it was actually out of stock and they didn’t know when it would be available. They told us they would follow up—but never did. The clerk had ZERO knowledge of the equipment being sold. Also, the owner denied my request of renting 1 powered speaker because of the location of my event.
