Paid extra for the ribeye steak and honestly received maybe 3 pieces of burnt god knows what. The pizza was dry, had no flavor and after the first piece we threw it away!
When we found out Avalanche delivered to us we were very excited. It truly is the best pizza in Athens. But I think their customer service is even better. One time they made us the wrong pizza and caught it before it got to us. So they gave us both pizzas (the “wrong” one and the “right” one) for the price of one. And they were both wonderful. The last 2 times we placed an online order it didn't get made. We show up and they don't apologize or say it was a mistake. We really like John ,but this is not acceptable. They actually ignored us when I ask questions.
use to be my #1 pizza place! unfortunately the last couple times we've placed orders, the quality has been poor :/ the low prices are only beneficial if the quality is good too... but I understand "you get what you pay for".
Great pizza and service. Everyone I've met is polite and professional.
