Our furnace and AC replacement job went so smoothly. 1.5 days and it was all done. Don, Josh and Jacob were all hardworking. Even better, they were friendly and were very helpful in answering all my questions!
Donald Hansen with Avalanche HVAC services came out and diagnosed our problem with our whole humidifier which was due to high water pressure. He also added an in-home regulator so we can restrict external fluctuations . We are very happy with the service we received.
Jacob was great, he diagnosed the problem that other companies never even found or seemingly knew about. Got us some new parts under warranty, and communicated steps and schedule very well.
