My mother has been under the care of Carlos Quiles, Director of Patient Services, and two home healthcare aides that need to be commended. Carlos is the most professional, caring, diligent and efficient person we have ever encountered on our mother's long-term health care journey. I have worked with this agency for many years and have seen them evolve over the years. They are a family owned and operated agency that has really help the community with their home care needs with ethnicity specific services for the Haitian, Indian, and Latino cultures while also serving all clients. We need more stories like this and wish them continued success.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This agency violates numerous NYS home care and personal care services laws. Beware and stay far away! I would not hire them for my worst enemy. They have committed patient abandonment with no notice as well as jeopardizing any form of continuity of care (all of which is illegal and grounds for losing all state licensing and funding). They do not speak English, do not call back, lie, lie and lie again. I am looking forward to seeing them in court. They have put my mothers life in jeopardy... read more
