I visited Dr. Avak for the first time to get an eye exam and new glasses after mine broke. His staff was courteous, professional, and very helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Avak himself was the opposite. After completing all required forms, including disclosing that I have glaucoma and that I was declining treatment, Dr. Avak came out to the waiting area and abruptly told me he would not provide service.
