Avak Inc is absolutely incompetent construction company. New construction is completely butchered. Walls out of square and level. Framing was not done properly. Boris cannot read the plans since he was not able to order proper size material. He attempted to assemble trusses on site with his incompetent crew. He asked my husband for most of the payments in cash and then ignored my requests for paid invoices for 2 months. He refused to fix his mistakes and demanded more money. A total disappointment.
Don’t rely on 5 star. It’s Boris’s (owners son) who wrote a review. Boris is crook. Will rob you and will not even look back.
I would certainly recommend Avak Inc. to anyone who is looking to have a professional and creative partner when updating their home and office. The entire team at Avak Inc. (every single person) is a pleasure to work with. The end result is always of the highest quality. We have build and design three Dental Offices together. The team even had the knowledge in IT work that helped me achieve incredible gigabit speed for the entire office.
