I would not rent from this company again, they kept my security deposit and was extremely rude; when I confronted them as to why I was not receiving any of my security deposit back, they gave me some run around saying the house and yard was not cleaned, in reality the house was immaculate and carpets were all shampoed, nothing was not done. I really wish I would have had the time to pursue this in court..
Be careful when renting a home from this company. We were charged tons of additional bogus fees when we decided to move. And when we tried to ask questions, we were hung up on.
