I see Dr. Richmond and have been for a couple years now, honestly have never been happier with a provider. He makes me feel heard and is always such a joy to see. His supporting staff Angela is incredibly kind and always makes me feel like she's glad I called which is rare nowadays. 10/10 across the board

Avoid this place like the plague!! I recently moved to the area was referred here by my PCM for continuity of care. Within 10min of my visit Ms. Craft had begun to not only belittle me but outlandishly bash my previous providers that I have been seeing for years. Additionally, she began accusing me of being an addict for taking a prescription that she didn’t agree with even though I only take one pill every two weeks (if even that frequent). I have read all the reviews and they are all but 1 very accurate. I was seen by Dr. Craft , and they don't listen well she didn't and was supposed to be there to listen and help me and she didn't do anything and wasn't at all helpful neither was the at the time I went I believe there was 1 other employee that all I seen and they weren't organized at all. Incredibly difficult to contact the office to book an appointment. I have gone days without medication because of their inability to respond to my calls back (and their telehealth booking service doesn’t work). If you care about your mental health, I would absolutely NOT recommend going here.

Dr Craft and her family office is unreliable and is very difficult to contact and book appointments with. They have also billed me wrong twice in the few years I’ve been there. It should never be that difficult to stay in contact with your psychiatrist. I almost ran out of my medication because their phone number goes straight to voicemail and they never call back.
