It occurred to me today I haven't wrote a review of my personal bank , all these restaurants and left my great Availa Bank left out ....sorry Bank friends I can't tell you how awesome this Bank is ... p. s. It was someone's birthday today ( reason for cupcake pic ....lol )
i walked in thinking itd be just another boring errand, but honestly it was such a good experience. the staff was super friendly even when i had a stupid question about my account and they didnt make me feel dumb. they helped me set up a automatic transfer in like five minutes which is way faster than i ever expected. also the lobby was clean and spac ious, not cramped like some bank offices i’ve been too. i’ll definitly go back there when i need to do anything with money stuff.
honestly one of the better banks Ive been to in this area. the tellers actually remember my name which is kind of nice. only thing is the drive thru can get really backed up in the morning, sometimes takes 15 minutes just to get through. but the people inside are always friendly and fast so I cant complain too much.
Availa on Pearl is the best!! Kathy is the nicest
