I have been doing business with this bank for several years. Very friendly and always go out of their way to help. Great hometown bank atmosphere.
Horrible customer service. Had an issue with a deposit. They basically called me a liar (not actual words but repeating the amount they thought it was). Found out later on they found the issue five minutes after I left. I have been cautious of trusting them since and rather than trying to understand/correct the issue, they bad mouth me and have an attitude when I come in. I wish I had the finances to be able to refuse to do business with anyone that does business with them.
Terrible small town bank. If you plan on changing your password online every 3 months and not having but two atms in town to choose from this is your bank! I’m out of town and they decided I needed to reset my password online… sent me an e mail to change it never got an e mail… now I’m supposed to contact customer support which doesn’t work when it’s 6 in the morning. This is so annoying not being able to transfer money when I need my money. I’m done with this bank. As after Labor Day you guys will no longer be my bank.
