Horrible customer service. Had an issue with a deposit. They basically called me a liar (not actual words but repeating the amount they thought it was). Found out later on they found the issue five minutes after I left. I have been cautious of trusting them since and rather than trying to understand/correct the issue, they bad mouth me and have an attitude when I come in. I wish I had the finances to be able to refuse to do business with anyone that does business with them.
Terrible small town bank. If you plan on changing your password online every 3 months and not having but two atms in town to choose from this is your bank! I’m out of town and they decided I needed to reset my password online… sent me an e mail to change it never got an e mail… now I’m supposed to contact customer support which doesn’t work when it’s 6 in the morning. This is so annoying not being able to transfer money when I need my money. I’m done with this bank. As after Labor Day you guys will no longer be my bank.

Why is it that every time I need something from this bank they can't do it? Insurance check has my deceased mother's name on it. Call to check with them and they say sure bring a death certificate! Take time off work and go to bank: Nope can't do it! Take it to US Bank and they did it without questioning. Also it's very rude to stand a for in front of me and discuss this over the phone and with another teller then turn to me and reexplain it to me. I was there. I know as much as you do.
