I don’t know what I would have done without Tara and the Avail team. My mom went from being independent to needing 24/7 care to hospice care in 3 weeks. Tara walked me through every step of the every process. Patrice, Brittany, Felomena and the rest of the care team were beyond caring and did everything to help my mom and keep me informed.
