I cannot express how helpful the staff was when I showed up with a possible fracture and needed a referral to see a specialist. I had never been treated like this at a doctor’s office and I was highly satisfied with their professionalism and helpfulness.
Avail Health and Wellness has the absolute best team! Dr. Brandy Yeary and Indyia Lacount are both incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. They truly listen to your concerns and make you feel completely comfortable and cared for. I cannot recommend them enough—five stars all the way!
I'm going to rate the PCP as a four for now as I'm a first time patient of hers, today I left a voicemail to return my call in regards to a message I left on the patient's portal yesterday that I have not received a response back from but I'm going to give it a little while to see if they will follow through. I had my initial appointment last week, which required over an hour of travel. From scheduling my appointment to meeting the doctor, every aspect and individual involved was exceptional. The receptionist at the front desk is truly outstanding. I haven't encountered this level of care in quite some time. My previous doctor of many years recently retired. Dr. Yeary is awesome, she listen to any issues you might have, she’s compassionate an efficient, the communication is very easy! I would definitely refer her!!!
