Incredibly disappointed with Avail since they took over for Simcoe Holistic Health. I had an appointment canceled earlier this month with no notice. They had someone call me at the time of the appointment to tell me the doctor wasn't available. Then they couldn't accommodate an appointment for me at all, so I sent an email to their admin telling them I would simply have to let my registration expire.
