If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical practice. Dr. Bailey is unresponsive, gives the runaround, and often forgets what she’s told me. I constantly have to remind her of important details, which is frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional. Appointments feel disorganized, communication is poor, and it’s clear that patient care is not a priority. Dr. Bailey is a true gem. She always takes her time and listens to my concerns. I’m so happy I found her and I plan to switch my whole family to her practice!
