I opened an account in February and was told I would get $100 for opening account, I kept going to bank to find out when would I get the $100, so finally went to Bank in June and was told I would have to have a non mailing account to qualify, that detail was never disclosed to me when I opened the account, so needless to say, they did not honor the $100, no apologies was made I told them make it make sense, if I had $100 to gain why would I not honor a simple task, I was never told when I opened the account. This is a credit union. I've been using them off and on for about 6-7yrs. They have some good options available.
This branch sucks . Every time I go there I leave with no answers another reason to avoid hueytown
