At check-in I was met with kindness and a very clean reception area. I was taken back for my appointment quickly to a nice clean exam area, where everything was explained clearly. She was very friendly and helpful and listened to my answers when I was asked questions. The exam went very smoothly, and I got the impression that they cared truly to help me, and I wasn't just another dollar sign. I would recommend this place to everyone!
I accidentally wore my hearing aids into the MRI room. Afterwards I couldn’t hear thru them. Amy at Hearing Life was wonderful! She was able to repair my aids while I waited. No sending them in. The cost for repair was so worth it. And I hear again. Amy is the best!
