As as 54-year old, severely hearing impaired but highly functioning professional here in the Treasure Valley, I have been to the worst, the good and the best of hearing care providers. Im blown away with the service I received at Audiology Clinic! The whole staff is kind and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond any other clinic I have been to, always making sure that youre completely satisfied. If you have any issues and call them they always find a way to get you an appointment that works with your schedule. It really means a lot to me that theyre all audiologists too, and not just hearing aid dispensers! If youre looking for a GREAT audiology practice...Audiology Clinic is the place for you!
Lisa was incredible! She took the time to get to know me and what I wanted, not what she wanted for me. She was never pushy and I didnt feel like I had to buy anything. I LOVE my new hearing aids. I did some shopping around and I know I got these for a STEAL!
I took to my mom to an audiologist at Speech and Hearing Associates. However, we were not happy. They just wanted to sell us the most expensive hearing aid. So we went to Union County Hearing to see Mr. Edward LaDuca. There was no comparison! Mr. LaDuca is very experienced and is so nice. He has so much patience and explains everything in detail. Hearing Solutions and Dr. Griffin have been a GOD send to me.They certainly had a challenge on their hands with my past earhistory and surgery. I am so thrilled with my new hearing aid that Ipurchased from this office. Dr.Griffin and her staff are soknowledgeable about digital technology. My other hearing aid wasanalog from 1986.
