This business took advantage of my elderly mother, charging her a hidden \$500 restock fee after giving the hearing aids a week long trial. Never once did they indicate to her this fee. She thought she was signing a CARE card renewal. Conversations with the company were not professional, nor did they attempt to make this right for my 83 year old mother. Do NOT use this company. There are many other companies who do not utilize this lowly policy for taking money from the elderly. I plan to keep complaining until this is remed... read more

My morther has an Avada hearing aid. I can not tell you how many times I have found her in tears with frusatration. In my opinion she should burn, destroy and deep six the system. I can t believe any compassionate doctor would subscribe such a system for an elderly person. It is human cruelty. Signed, her daughter Cindy.
Very very cheerful, helpful and friendly people. Always greeting you the moment you step through the door. Fabulous waiting room. Big fresh cookies and beverages. Super comfortable atmosphere.I would gladly recommend them to a friend.
I was very pleased with the service that Mary at the front counter provided me. Mary is a assedt to your office. The person you had before was not very friendly and being at the frond desk was just a job for here. Mary seems to like her job and is very plesant. helpful etc. One of my complaints with the Treasure Valley Hearing Center before is that there seems to be a large turn over in the staff at this location. it would be nice to come there and do business with the same faces for a while
The staff at Audiology Clinic are absolutely wonderful. I purchased ear-buds for my Iphone and Ipod and they work great. Dr. Amit Gosalia is wonderful to work with and Dr. Hicks is one of our favorite people. They are both caring and helpful people. The receptionist is fabulous too! Dianne Whitten
Accuquest Hearing Center - Patricia Landvatter is a dishonest person. Instead of being upfront, she tricks clients by having them sign forms to protect her own interests. In my 30 plus years of being a professinal, I have never experienced such deceit. Her modus operandai is unprofessional to the point of threats and menacing behavior.
