They were expecting me and I didn't have to wait. HeariingLife staff were professional and friendly. They clearly explained each part of the hearing rest. I'm waiting for my hearing aids to come in. They told me that they would explained how they worked and how to care for them. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a hearing test or hearing aids.

My mother had a horrible experience with this company. The products seem to just be generally defective. The company makes tons of money on extended warranties that seemed to be designed to swindle seniors. Stay away from these people. We know of other victims from this company. Once you buy into this product, they will scam you for years.
